A to Z Holistic Nutrition
Ashley has an undergraduate degree in Communication and Business from The Ohio State University, a postgraduate degree in Dietetics from University of Cincinnati, and one-year Dietetic Internship at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Having the opportunity to live in multiple states after graduation, Ashley chose to pursue private practice supporting children and adults in a more holistic way for the last decade. With over 200 hours in continuing education, Ashley has had extensive training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, food sensitivities, and Health Coaching methods and techniques centered around habit change. Ashley has also connected with an extensive network of holistic minded practitioners within Columbus to help support her clients when additional modalities would be beneficial on their health journey.

As a Holistic Registered Dietitian and Health Coach, Ashley takes the extra steps to look at the bigger picture for each individual. Nutrition is just one aspect of the whole person, in addition to exercise, mindset, environment, stress level, etc. Ashley truly cares about being with clients for the long run as nutrition and lifestyle changes take time and a lot of support. Ashley encourages all her clients to take a step back and look at their health journey with curiosity, as this can give way to endless opportunities for growth and change.

A personal note:

Witnessing the amazing changes that can come over time on my own health journey, as well as my clients, is truly inspiring.

As a mother of two, I enjoy spending time with my family, being in nature as much as possible, gardening, traveling, and experiencing new things. Having the opportunity to introduce children and adults to the fulfilling world of gardening, and the connection between food, nature and health has had a tremendous impact on my clients over the last 10 years.

I look forward to meeting you!
